Gears of War 2 continues Gears of War 1, but bigger, giving a greater scope to action with new enhanced weapons, vehicles and characters. The enemies are tougher too and the fights thrilling. In short, Gears of War 2 is a refined version of Gear of War 1.

On the graphics side,: Gears of War 2 raises the level for the nextgen consoles through its breathtaking visual effects. This is made possible through the advances in Unreal 3 engine. The new visual effects include ambient occlusion, dynamic shadows, improved character lighting, the ability to render hundreds of on-screen characters simultaneously, improved water physics, additional blood and bullet decals, advanced destructible environments, new weather effects, and the introduction of fluid objects.

The story
